The Public Health Nurse visits Macklin once a week and provides a clinic in the facility as well as immunizations in the school and community as needed. The Public Health Nurse also provides car seat clinics, prenatal classes, postnatal visits and breastfeeding classes.
If you are travelling abroad you can contact the Travel Nurse for information regarding any alerts, vaccines needed or general consultations.
The Public Health Inspector is based in Unity and does regular visits to Macklin and by request.
